How much does shipping cost?
Due to COVID, shipping prices have increased dramatically worldwide. We are able to provide Express Shipping via UPS courier service to Europe 1 countries for a flat rate of 9.50 EUR and to Europe 2 countries a flat rate of 19.50 EUR. Due to international shipping changes we are unfortunately not able to provide flat rate shipping to the USA and Canada, your shipping will be calculated at Checkout. Due to new changes on import tariffs, please check with your local customs authority for possible duties, taxes and/or import brokerage fees due. We cannot be responsible for any import duties, taxes or associated fees charged by local customs authorities.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
No, our couriers only accept deliveries to standard addresses.
How long does it take to process my order?
It takes 2-3 business days to process your order and for it to be ready for shipment. Delivery time typically takes 1-4 days depending on your location.
Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.
During peak holiday seasons, please order early to allow time for processing and shipping.
Please note that due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays of up to 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Tracking Reference details to follow the progress of your delivery. Tracking details may take some time to appear.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Please contact your local UPS courier service with your Tracking Reference Details to provide you updates on your parcel delivery date. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We are not able to provide refunds for returned deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address so please ensure that you have entered your address details fully and correctly, including information such as apartment number, name on doorbell, business name etc. In the case of a failed UPS delivery attempt, your package will be held at the nearest UPS collection point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within 7 days. We are not able to provide refunds for uncollected/refused delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. During peak seasons, please order early to allow time for processing.
How do I apply for an Exchange?
Customers needing a different size can apply for an exchange within 14 days from the date of shipping. We are able to exchange items that have not been worn, washed or damaged and with all original labels and hang tags intact. Please be advised that sale items and limited edition / made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged, please check your items before contacting us. Due to the complexity of international shipping and our affordable prices, we are not able to provide complimentary exchange shipping. All exchanges also incur a 10 EUR administration/re-stocking fee and any applicable VAT. Exchanges in-store are free of charge.

How do I get an Exchange item to you?
Exchange items should be sent to us via Courier with Tracking. The safe delivery of the exchanged items to us is the sender's responsibility. We cannot exchange any items returned that are lost in transit, therefore ensure your package has a tracking code.
Once we receive your exchange items and form, our exchange team will inspect the goods to ensure the items have not be worn, washed or damaged, and that all original hang tags and labels are intact.
Is there an Exchange Fee?
All exchanges incur a 10 EUR administration/re-stocking fee and any applicable VAT. Exchanges in-store are free of charge.
How do I apply for a Return/Refund?
Once an item is purchased, it can be exchanged but not returned. Check details under Exchange topic. We are not able to provide refunds for lost, stolen, damaged, refused or uncollected packages nor for returned deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please refer to Shipping topic. If you don’t collect or arrange re-delivery, the parcel will be sent back to us, and you will be charged €15.50 as a handling fee.
What items can I Exchange?
We can only Exchange the items that have not been worn, washed, or damaged, and that you send the items back in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition / made to order products are not able to be exchanged. As limited edition / made to order products are hand made, please note that colours may vary slightly.
How long do I have to make an Exchange?
